Description
Set of 5 SIDE TAB planner dividers with a heart cutout tab. Customize with your choice of vinyl color and choose if you'd like a custom sheet of stickers for your tabs in either white matte or clear/transparent sticker paper.
All sizes will be plain clear lamination, instead of notebook style planners (hobo weeks, stalogy, etc) which will be side loading dividers that slide on the page.
**You are able to request custom sizes in the notes at checkout but they will not come hole punched.
